Professional Background
I am a clinical psychologist licensed to practice in the state of Massachusetts. I received graduate and postgraduate clinical training at Harvard Medical School and am currently an NIH-funded Harvard Medical School research fellow with an interest in developing and evaluating integrative approaches to population mental health and treating addictive behaviors. I completed my PhD with a specialization in Health Psychology and a graduate certificate of studies in evaluating clinical effectiveness from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. These experiences provided me in-depth training in the treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addictive disorders, among other concerns. I have specific expertise in mindfulness-based approaches to psychotherapy and mental wellness, health behavior change, and the psychology of addictive behaviors.
